Return Policy

Klos2Reality specializes in custom 3D printed components made specifically to your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

What You Need to Know:

• Custom & Made-to-Order
  Every item is printed based on your unique design, dimensions, and material selection. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• Review Your Order Carefully
  It’s your responsibility to ensure that all files, specifications, and measurements are correct before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

• Damaged or Defective Items
  If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [klos2reality.com]. We will assess the issue and determine if a replacement or partial refund is appropriate.

  Note: This does not cover design flaws, user error, or minor imperfections typical of the 3D printing process.

• Normal Variations
  Small layer lines, slight color differences, and texture variations are standard in 3D printing and are not considered defects.

• After Production Begins

  Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.
  Custom 3D printing uses materials and machine time that cannot be recovered, so all in‑production orders are considered final
