Thank you for visiting and shopping at Klos2Reality. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All 3D prints are processed in order received and are completed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are based on selected shipping rates at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Free Shipping offer is relegated to USPS Ground Shipping
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Klos2Reality ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Mexico, Latvia
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Klos2Reality is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
